Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.

  Await Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the furniture in its original flat-pack boxes and clearly mark the RA number on the outer packaging before dispatching via our courier partners.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
